Our stay was relaxing, liked absolutely superb breakfasts.
The staff was affable and gentle all day long. Actually, the room was well-maintained with comfortable beds and pillows, it also had wake-up service. Essentials that you need, such as a lounge and a carpet, were there.

The hotel is reasonably clean and big size, has very amiable staff and comfortable and incredible location on the zoo. The room is brand-new, airy and has cathedral views. Would return here if in the area.

I like very much the work of the hotel stuff and late time of the breakfast till 11-00 in the morning.
I think it is time for the renovation of the bath equipment and furniture and tv set, like in 70-th years. Very old model.You alo can add several Russian tv channels.

Real good experience there. This hotel was well priced and breakfast was amazing! Unbeatable location in Cologne adjacent to subway station and downtown center, the center of Koeln and Cologne's night life. For tea or coffee visit Hommage nearby. Fast check-in and very good customer service. Late check-out.
